健檢包領取
體檢前 10–14 天寄出健檢資料袋。請下載 APP，並於體檢前三日完成電子表單；APP 可查看檢前須知、當日進度與部分報告（17:00 起）。
Checkup packet mailed 10–14 days before the exam. Download the app and complete the e-form 3 days prior. The app shows instructions, exam progress, and partial reports from 5 PM.
預約提醒：目前開放預約時段為4-6月，若您欲預約7-9月時段，國泰將於5/4後開放預約。
